Crap team v Good team = difficult to ref

It may be pushing it a little to call England a good team but you know what I mean. The referee struggled to control the match between part-timers Andorra and England. Let's leave aside the merits of McLaren or the crass England supporters and look at how the loutish behaviour of the Andorrans seriously affected England. Their confidence already undermined by the poor result, a baying media and hissing fans, England suddenly found themselves assailed by a team that was clearly briefed to try to kick their way to limiting the damage.
