Where was I when I was so rudely interrupted? FatRef is looking forward to return to the delights of the Kent County League on January 5 after a three-month lay-off caused by a broken metatarsal.
It's taken a lot longer to heal than I thought it would and the diagnosis took a frustrattingly long time after the initial x-ray. I didn't help it much by limping into London a few days a week and hopping around on the tube.
I've really missed the games and weekends have somewhat lost thier shape since October.
I'm starting gently with a line in the premier division before heading back into the middle. .
