So what's wrong with this?
Well what do you think about this "goal"? It looks from the video as if it was given by the referee, but it really shouldn't be. The attacking team has moved the ball after its position has been approved by the referee and so cannot be moved again. Should really be an indirect free kick to the defending team and even - if you're a stickler for the rules - a caution for the player who changed its position - and clearly put it in a position from where it would be easier to score.

Why would it be a free kick for the defenders? The violation occurred while the ball was not in play?
