Riley gets it wrong - twice

If there's any justice in the world, Frank Lampard's red card will be rescinded sometime this week and Jose Bosingwa will recieve a three-match ban for planting his boot in the back of a Liverpool player in an incident astonishingly ignored by the linesman standing a yard away.
I'm a Chelsea fan, but Liverpool clearly deserved their win. They had ambition, while Chelsea had none.
However, Lampard did not deserve a red - or even a yellow - card. In a 50-50 challenge, he won the ball and even managed to keep his studs out of the way of his opponent. The straight red was a major shock. But Bosingwa did deserve win for his ugly kick to a player's back in the corner in the dying moments of the game.

The FA did sweet FA about Bosingwa, what a fine example to set to all those lovely youngsters that play and imitate their hero's

Shame on you FA!!

The FA can't act on Bosingwa as Riley and his assistant saw it, how could they fail to miss it? A crazy rule but looks like Bosingwa has got away with that one. Did the ref see Shaun Wright-Phillips kick Rory Delap at the weekend though? Delap had to go but the Wright-Philips reaction deserved a red too.

Wright-Phillips has now been charged by the FA as the ref has confirmed he didn't see his reaction to the Delap challenge, and if he had he too would've been sent off.
