Marriner misses a sure-fire pen

Perhaps it's just not allowed to penalise Bolton at the moment, but they certainly got away with it today when Junior Hoylett was denied a surefire penalty by Andre Marriner.
It's a surprising decision. Marriner was right up with play and less than 10 metres away when Blackburn's Hoylett entered the Bolton penalty area with two defenders bearing down on him.
As Hoylett poked the ball through, the Bolton defender stuck his leg out, bringing the striker down.
At 0-0, the penalty decision would have been crucial, possibly giving Blackburn the lead. But Bolton went on to win 2-1.
