Tut Tut! Lino should have spotted sliding Anelka

Fat Ref's household is split cleanly down the line between Chelsea and Sunderland supporters, so the blue side is feeling pretty full of itself today after the 5-0 pounding of Keano's Red and White army.
The ref's main job at Stamford Bridge was restarting after Chelsea goals but there should have been at least one less restart. Nicolas Anelka's first goal, Chelsea's second, should not have been allowed.
Alex slid the ball in the direction of the goal from six yards and Anelka, sliding in behind him, helped it in to the net from 2 yards out. Problem is, Anelka was a yard in front of Alex when the Brazilian hit the ball and so it was a clear offside.
Chelsea were 1-0 up at the time and dominating completely, although I can understand Keane being peeved. Sunderland had been defending gamely but I suspect the score would still have been heavy even if Anelka's goal had been disallowed.
Still, it should have been spotted by the assistant.
